• Got your bling on?  Ava is a DK weight, merino wool yarn that has just a touch of twinkle! A strand of metallic sparkle is plied with wool to create a yarn that is structured, warm, and a little glitzy. 
• The warm and cuddly Liberty Wool Light is now available in solid colors!  It's durable enough for children's garments, great for fun socks and now, with it's solid colors, it's fantastic for colorwork projects!  

Blithe yarn is 100% camel

•  Treat yourself or a friend with a cozy sweater or snugly hat made from Wynter!  It's a wonderful mix of wool and superfine alpaca that is soft and cozy to the touch. This bulky yarn boasts good stitch definition and, best of all, any project becomes a quick knit!

• Have you ever knit with camel?  Blithe may not be new for fall, but it's one of my favorites! Incredibly soft and spongy, this yarn is made of Baby Camel and is available in solid or marl colors.

The Kirstin Shawl

Speaking of patterns . . . . I'm excited to announce that Classic Elite Yarns has just published Alpine Forest, an entire booklet full of my patterns!  Of the eight accessory designs (all knit up in the amazingly soft Fresco yarn), one of my favorites it "Kirstin", a fancy shawl with pretty eyelet detailing along the bottom edges.  It's a great layering piece that can be worn open or closed for extra warmth!  You can order the entire Alpine Forest booklet or any of my individual patterns as PDFs.  

The "Kirstin" shawl joins my many other Classic Elite Yarn patterns like Diana, a gorgeous pullover adorned with beautiful columns of leaf lace and a subtle scalloped neck, knit in the rich and saturated colors of Solstice yarn, and Astral, a cozy v-neck pullover with fun entwined ribs at the center front, knit in the soft and fuzzy Giselle yarn.
